All counterparties engaged by Validus Pay Pte Ltd to deposit and hold your funds are regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), your funds are accorded protection in accordance with the Payment Services Act of Singapore and the guidelines from MAS. All your card transactions are processed by the Mastercard network and protected by Mastercard rules and standards.
